Lucan restaurants continue to grow in number as the village itself grows in population. Restaurants in Lucan are varied and range from Chinese to more traditional fare. Most eateries are located in the village itself, particularly around the main street. Two large hotels are located in proximity to the village, the Spa Hotel and the Finnstown House Hotel, and both guarantee varied menus and good wine selections. Sunday lunches are also available in both.
Lucan is situated in South County Dublin. It has grown in popularity recently not least because of its convenience to the city centre as well as other towns such as Leixlip and Celbridge.
